(FSA)'s Accounts Spending Flexible

Hipskind Ltd. offers and facilitates the= implementation of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)'s for employers looking to utilize their unique structure as a health care benefit solution within their company. Healthcare (FSA)'s are employer-established benefit plans that reimburse employees for specified medical expenses as they are incurred. These plans referred to as "Cafeteria Plans" or "125 Plans"are allowed under section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code.  The employee contributes funds to the account through a salary reduction agreement and is able to withdraw the funds set aside for medical bills.  Any funds set aside in an FSA escape both income tax and social security tax. Employers may contribute to these funds as well.

(HSA)'s Health Savings Accounts

Health Savings Accounts or (HSA)'s were created by the Medicare Bill of 2003 and are designed to help individuals save for future qualified medical and retiree health expenses on a tax-free basis. Hipskind Ltd. represents the top companies now offering these new benefit plans and will assist employers and individuals in determining their suitability, as well as aid in the structure and implementation of an HSA plan.
